Job Purpose
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing accurate product information, and offering tailored recommendations. Their goal is to create a positive and memorable shopping experience that aligns with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate at Aarong, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to our mission of empowering artisans. Your responsibilities will include:
Greet customers warmly and professionally.
Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting and trying on merchandise.
Provide accurate information on product features and offer recommendation as needed.
Proactively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve goals.
Manage back store operations.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the organization’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
